Managed to stay within my eating parameters yesterday. I snacked on apples and diet soda, had my traditional healthy cereal for breakfast, a vegan lunch, and a salad for dinner. Safeway has a premade "Crab Louie" salad with fake crab, hard-boiled egg, capers and such, but the dressing was OPTIONAL. A perfectly WW-Core-compliant salad once I threw out the thousand island dressing.

Snacked on veggie cheese and sweet peppers during my game that night. Enjoyed one (albeit large) beer, but no other indulgences. No exercise to speak of, but a good start nonetheless.
