Smoothies!

I bought some frozen strawberries and blueberries last night, added some plain nonfat yogurt and water, and made some smoothies! Unfortunately, I have no mechanism to store them when I make them, so I'm going to either have to figure something out (pitcher? Tupperware?), or only make single servings (and store the rest of the frozen fruits in a Zip-Lock bag until next time?).

Incidentally, I feel I could easily have acquired more smoothie at Jamba Juice for less that what I spent on the raw materials. How do they do it? Is the fresher produce cheaper than the frozen? Should I be putting more ice in my mixture?

Maybe I should (horror of horrors) read a recipe...

Eric's Mr. Smoothie in our family, but from my understanding ice is what makes the bulk of a smoothie, and I'm guessing fresh is cheaper-- though TJS sells cheap frozen fruit.
