Day Four is going well. Went shopping last night for diet-appropriate foods. I may be imagining this, but my clothes seem to be fitting a wee bit more comfortable in the waist area.

Not necessarily imagining it. You can lose 2-5 lbs of water weight relatively quickly when first starting a diet.

I can lose about 10 lbs when first starting a diet.
