I stayed home ill Thursday and Friday last week, and while I tried to eat in a healthful manner, I did make a few food choices based on expediency rather than health (although those choices were relatively healthy considering the alternatives: an El Pollo Loco chicken salad, and chicken sandwich).

I must have done something right, however, because that week I had lost 5 lbs, according to my Saturday morning weigh-in.

Celebrated with some food rewards this weekend, and back on track today.

I seem to recall that you're on a modified Weight Watchers plan. If so, you might find Dotti's Restaurant Guide (http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html) useful. Even if you aren't on WW, the relative "goodness" of each item may be handy. Some things will probably surprise you, like the fact that a EPL Fiesta salad has as more points than some of their burritos.
