Checking in again

This Monday: 212.4. I was not vigilant this week, and it shows. I have reason to believe some of that number is transient, so we'll see. I haven't been particularly excellent with the exercise, and ad-hocing it isn't doing the job. I'll think about coming up with a formal plan today.
