Diet, t=4 weeks
Apr. 6th, 2009 10:09 amStarting Weight: 228.0
Current Weight: 220.0
Weight Loss this Week: 0.6
Total Weight Loss: 8.0
Goal: 200
This week's number is only partially accurate. See, I forgot to weigh myself before having breakfast. I'll try to remember to weigh in tomorrow just to verify, but it looks like that huge weight loss last week was at least somewhat accurate. Still, I'm looking forward to getting below 220.
Much exercising was done last week. Ran 4 times for at least 30 minutes each, and my legs are feeling better and better each time. I also worked out in the yard at least three days last week for several hours each time, which is making brand new muscles tired. There's still several days worth of work to do out there too.
Finally, I've discovered the holy grail: Diet Friendly Chocolate. From Godiva. Let that sink in. See, Godiva makes these things called Pearls, which are pea sized pieces of their chocolate. You can eat ~15 of them for 1 weight watchers point. Since you're only eating a little pearl instead of an entire square of chocolate, it lasts a while, and since it's Godiva your mouth actually fills with the flavor of good chocolate. I don't know how expensive they are since I got mine for free (yay Godiva mailing list!) but they're something to look into.
