So I did something right this week, though it wasn't really "effort" per se. I've been cooking at home instead of eating out or buying pre-made frozen meals, and I didn't drive to LA this past weekend so no fast food temptations. I need to work on getting more fruits and veggies, but the whole grains and lean meats is working pretty well so far. I forgot to cancel my gym membership in time again, so I've got another month I'm paying for.. maybe I should go?
