Exercise done this past week: A little dancing on Monday night.
My body has been screaming "Eat all the things!!!" at me lately, and I've been too busy/tired/distracted/whatnot to keep myself from going along with that message. I have to buckle down and tell it, "No, just because the days are getting shorter does not mean we have to build up huge fat deposits for a long, cold winter. Really, we have food in abundance; it's going to be fine."
