Diet, t=5 weeks

I strongly suspect that this weight loss is mostly dehydration, but I'll take what I can get. I had that 10k on Saturday and then I spent Sunday working in the yard and sweating like a pig. I've been pretty good on the diet, but gone over by at least a couple of points just about every day (although not more than say five on any one day). On the other hand, I was actually relatively good on my cheat days and even on the days I didn't run I got a lot of exercise in. Actually, there's a chance that with all the longer runs I've been doing lately I actually broke through the 210 plateau. To be honest, as long as I can keep down in the 208-209 range through next week, I'll be a happy camper.
