I haven't done any stomach crunches this evening, thus far, but last night I did 600 and the night before that I did five hundred. That puts me at eleven hundred for the week so far and my minimum is 2,100. I think that puts me in pretty good shape for meeting my requirement for my bet with baronlaw this week, wouldn't you say? ;)

When we started I was looking for motivation to do at least three hundred a day, but my body seems to gain back the momentum with stomach crunches after about a week or so of doing them consistently. We can up my goal per week if you want. I'm fine with that.
