Diet, t=3 weeks

Obviously, this number is only vaguely believable. The scale was acting wonky and this was the most reproducible number I could get out of it. Also, it's possible the number last week was off, because if you average the total weight loss over three weeks, it's pretty reasonable. And finally, I had some fairly major form of exercise every day last week but one (running for at least half an hour four of the days and yard work for at least 3 hours for two). Which could also mean that it's dehydration, but I didn't have any booze last night and drank a lot of water and tea. I guess we'll find out next week.
