The scale was all over the place this morning, so I'm taking this number with a grain of salt. On the other hand, I only went running three days last week and Saturday was a bit of a cheat day, although everything I ate was diet friendly (or at least diet adjacent). Anyway, we'll find out what happens next week. Same fit time, same fit channel.
