I didn't post an update last week because I'm a bad person with no moral fiber. See, I had been sick the week before, which means I wasn't so great on the diet and also didn't get as much running in as I would have liked. Which means I gained half a pound and ended up at 215. I had also just run in the Dawg Dash, which (hopefully due to the cold) kicked my ass this year, and therefore I got a crappy time. Which was depressing, and I felt guilty (even though it was due to events beyond my control) and so I didn't post.
Yesterday I weighed in at 213, which is much better. But I got busy, and distracted, and therefore I still didn't post. But I digress.
This week isn't shaping up to be a good diet week. Today is our anniversary, and yesterday was a cheat day. Wednesday and Thursday are shaping up to be good, but Friday we're leaving for Disneyland, and things just go downhill from there. This also means that I'm not going to make my diet goal of 210 by Disneyland, but you know, I'm ok with that. I didn't really expect to make it, and if I hadn't had that one bum week I would have gotten pretty darn close.
