Running Update
May. 19th, 2010 01:30 pmI just ran for one hour, twenty six minutes and 19 seconds. As near as I can tell, that's between 7.5 and 8 miles. Lessons learned: it's time to break in that camelback and get the sports beans out again. Also, it's time to switch from the running leggings to shorts. Further, running for that length makes you very tired.
