Running Update
Jun. 9th, 2010 01:44 pmI've been keeping up with the running. Minimum forty five minutes three times per week, and usually an extra run with the group on Saturday. I've also been trying to get in one longer run per week, usually on Wednesday. Today I ran for 91 minutes, 20 seconds. And not slowly either (well, not slowly for me--I'm guessing 11-12 minute miles). When I finished my run, as I hit "stop" on my watch--I'm not making this up--there was a peal of thunder.
I'm going to go stretch out and then collapse. And shower. I mine is a mighty and manly stench.
