I can do 15 push-ups in 30 seconds, up from 10. It may not be huge to anyone but me, but its huge to me.

Also, I very possibly have consumed my weight in water.

Finally, I'm shaking after 1 minute of jabs, 1 minute of right crosses, and 1 minute of sit-up punches. (Note my 10 to 15 victory occurred AFTER this three minute sequence of hell). Part of this is probably albuterol (compress my lungs when I'm working hard it could start an attack, so I had to grab a gulp of albuterol). But most of it is just plain muscle tremor.

I am going to sore tomorrow. But wow. So worth it.
