As of this morning, I weigh 213.2 pounds. I want to get that number below 200 soon. I want to get to my "check to see if I'm done" number (165) later this year. I want to make an official determination (either "I'm done" or "I know what my 'I'm done' number is") by the end of the year. I'm keeping exact dates vague because I'm not setting official deadlines. I'm also paying attention to my bodily measurements and their fluctuations -- clothing fit and its reflection of body shape is more important to me than raw numbers. I'll come up with a realistic exercise plan later today and post it.

I can't remember if I sent you an excel spreadsheet that charts men's body measurement changes over time as well as weight loss. I find that being able to track inches in key areas is a very helpful metric. It does BMI and fat percentage calculations, too, which I take with a BIG grain of salt.
