Diet, t = 2 weeks
Mar. 23rd, 2009 09:10 amStarting Weight: 228.0
Current Weight: 226.4
Weight Loss this Week: -1.6
Total Weight Loss: 1.6
Goal: 200
Let me just say that I'm not exactly shocked by this. I got a lot better with the running last week, but I was pretty bad diet wise. I went over points one night, and then was obscenely bad on one of my cheat days. Bleh. I'm just going to put this behind me and work harder this week.

Date: 2009-03-23 06:08 pm (UTC)We find that without those, staying on the diet at all can be incredibly hard. There are just too many things that we crave and it's a pain to go out with friends and have to not eat, or only be able to eat if you go to a place where the nutritional information can be found. The problem this week was that I went over points on a non-cheat day, and we took a cheat day on Saturday instead of Friday, and ended up spending most of the day eating.
