New Balance shoes are back in my life, and it feels wonderful. I could hop a building. Sproinging through my workout with no hip pain. Hooray!

Huzzah!! You did seem less tired last night... sorry to hear it had gotten to the point of actual hip pain. Bleah.

The stretches you guys taught me really helped alleviate a lot of the pain, but I was really nursing a lot of pain and fatigue for the last two weeks. Sitting hurt my lower back and hip a lot, and I was starting to get the unpleasant mindset of "if I work out, it will hurt." Since I do hilly treadmill workouts for hiking training, this stood a chance of getting depressing if untreated.
