The stretches you guys taught me really helped alleviate a lot of the pain, but I was really nursing a lot of pain and fatigue for the last two weeks. Sitting hurt my lower back and hip a lot, and I was starting to get the unpleasant mindset of "if I work out, it will hurt." Since I do hilly treadmill workouts for hiking training, this stood a chance of getting depressing if untreated.
