Weighed in this morning and was at 217.0. This is about half a surprise. Not really surprising since I always loose a ton of weight the first week on a diet, something of a surprise since I discovered that there was a foot missing off our scale which was throwing the calibration off. When I replaced the foot and weighed in Wednesdayish I was clocking in around 220.5. Also, I was only moderately good on the diet, taking two-three cheat days. I was on the diet until dinner on Sunday when we went out for a friend's birthday, but I was actually pretty good on the other two cheat days. Anyway, good news.
We'll have to see what happens this week. I've got a 10k on Sunday which will throw my running schedule off somewhat. I also may be going to my brother's apple squishing party on Saturday, which I'll have to save a cheat day for.
