Diet, t=0 or Stop, Diet Time
Mar. 22nd, 2010 10:25 amSo, my weight has yet again crept higher than I would like. By which I mean higher enough than normal that I'm spurred into action. Which means that the diet is officially back on. It's been hard to get the momentum to do this lately, for a number of reasons, so we'll have to see how well it lasts.
My official starting weight is 223.4 and I'd like to get below 210. Well, I'd like to get below 200, but I'm not yet so delusional that I think I'll get there. I'm going to keep my running pretty much as it has been (spooling back up while trying to keep my legs in one piece) and with spring having sprung I'll be doing more yard work as well. Diet wise, I'll be doing Weight Watchers with two cheat days as per normal.
That is all.
