Diet t=6 weeks, or Wha'? Huh?

I wasn't particularly good last week, and my cheat nights were epic in their cheating, so 1.2 pounds lost shouldn't surprise me too much. As always, I'll just try and do better this week. Tired and groggy this morning, so this is all the commentary I'm going to make.
