Not a shock, considering the wacky diet badness I engaged in last week. On the other hand, I did get in four pretty good runs. I did get one in over an hour, but it was only over an hour by a few minutes. Oddly enough that was more for lack of time than lack of energy or anything else. We'll see what we can do this week. Also, this may have been one of those "didn't lose much weight but got thinner anyway" weeks because in addition to the running I did a fair amount of gardening. We'll have to see.
