Week 4 Weigh-In

I forgot to weigh in before breakfast this morning, so I'm hoping the number's actually a teeny bit lower. Life has been extra stressful these past few days, and I can definitely feel a decreased appetite... but increased alcohol consumption. Oops. I need to focus on getting veggies into my meals as they've been carb-heavy. I'm moving mid-to-late August, so hopefully all that packing and taking things down stairs and then back up will help get me moving a little bit more.
It's hardly my fault my couch is so comfortable.
