fitgeeksWeight: 154.8 pounds (down from a high of 157.0 a few days ago, but still up from my pre-vacation weight of 152.6 pounds)
Waist: 33¼ inches (not up to 33½? It's a miracle!)
Exercise done this past week: Dancing at BaGG a few nights ago.
Also, some exercise done on vacation: A lot of wheelchair-pushing, plus some ATV riding.
